Libyan Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation Mustafa Ali Al-Rajbani revealed on Tuesday that the phases to restoring normal relations with Algeria have started to take their normal course.
Al-Rajbani said in press statement that the phases of restoring relations was attained due to the several meetings that joined Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika with Libyan President of the National Transitional Council (NTC) Mustafa Abduljalil several months ago in Doha, capital of Qatar.
He highlighted Abduljalil's firmness in "working to improve relations between Libya and Algeria," noting that there was a "misunderstanding during the time of revolution in Libya".
He stressed that the people of both countries regarded as brothers and this brotherhood should stay between them, adding that there will be preparations for upcoming visits of Libyan officials to Algeria soon.
