Libya Herald reports that the Minister of Industry, Mohamed Al-Fteissi [Mahmoud Fetais[ (pictured), has called on French companies with contracts in Libya to return and complete projects that have been suspended due to the revolution.
The call was made during the Minister’s meeting with the French ambassador, Antoine Sivan, last week held at the Ministry of Industry in Tripoli.
The French ambassador responded positively to the request, saying "we will do our best efforts in order to speed up the return of French companies to work".
He added that France was ready to open the door of cooperation and partnership in industry, investment and trade.
