Airbus said on Tuesday that Libya's Afriqiyah Airways has converted an order for three Airbus A321 narrow-bodied passenger jets into orders for twin-aisle, larger-capacity A330-200 aircraft.
According to a report from Dow Jones, the conversion doubles the value of Afriqiyah's three-plane Airbus order to $625.8 million, based on list prices.
