Zueitina Oil Company intends to issue the below tender and wishes to invite for pre-qualification interested, experienced and reputable companies specialized in manufacturing flat ESP power cables stated below:
The scope of work and supply.
“5KV rating, ESP flat down hole power cable, desingned to operate under max 400ºF 3-conductor, AWG#1, stranded (7-wire), tinned copper, insulation materials EPDM (0.09” nominal thickness) resistance tape, synthetic braid 3 conductors cabled around an elastomeric sealant, EPDM jacket material (0.06” nominal thickness). Cable armor must be interlocking fully galvanized (thickness of 0.025”). Cables must be on steel reels of 6500 ft & 5300 ft each, reel diameter must not exceed 85”, width 60” & hub no smaller than 4.5”.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested companies for the above tender must satisfy the stipulated requirements and submit the required information below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents will render automatic disqualification:
. Letter on Company's letterhead Addressed to the Bids committee coordinator, stating manufacturers expression of interest and willingness to participate.
. Copy of Company Registration in Libya, if already registered, or details of Branch Office, Representative or Agent in Libya. (License, commercial record, tax payment, valid chamber of commerce registration certificate)
. Company Profile with full details and any additional information that will enhance the potential of the applicant.
. Submission of Financial Status document of the Company turnover for the last 3 years and the Organization Chart.
. Zueitina oil company has the right to exclude any file, that dose not meet the above stipulated requirements.
. The Prequalification Documents containing the above stated requirements shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked:

. The prequalification documents shall be submitted not later than 30/8/2012

. This prequalification request is not an invitation to tender. Company is neither committed nor obligated to undertake the work described above or to issue any call for tender or to include any respondent to this invitation or other company on any Bidders List or to award any form of contract.
. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and full ITT Package will only be issued to qualified companies that have been pre-qualified.
. Company will not be responsible for whatsoever costs incurred for preparation and submission presented in response to this notice.
. Company shall deal only with authorized officers of the bidding companies and not through individuals or agents
