The Ministry of Health has allocated 1.24 billion Libyan dinars to the 'Medical Supply Apparatus' which is affiliated with the Ministry of Health.
Libyan Investment reports that 469 million dinars were spent on medical equipment, and 377 million on medicine.
Six branches of the medical supply organisation are distributed throughout Libya to provide equipment and medication to medical centers as required.
