Harouge Oil Operations has issued an open invitation for a pre-qualification tender for "general services" at Jofra, Ghani, Ennaga, Amal, and Ras Lanuf oil fields.
The required information must be delivered between Sunday, 6/01/2013 to Thursday 10/01/2013, between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm to The Office of the Secretary of the Tender Committee, Room 541, 5th floor, at the Company’s head office in Al-Magharba Street, Tripoli.
