The Mellitah Oil & Gas Company intends to issue the below tender and wishes to invite for pre-qualification interested, experienced and reputable companies specialized in providing similar services stated below to submit full electronic file including all requirements for inclusion in the bidders list to be invited to participate in the following tender:

Provision of Air transportation services for Onshore Fields.
Scope of Work
- Contractor shall provide aircraft, crews, maintenance and insurance (ACMI basis) and associated support services as requested by the Company on exclusive use.
-Provision of 1 (One) aircraft with a seating capacity of 75-80 passengers and shall operate flights between Tripoli and our onshore fields. (Wafa, Elfeel, A-100)
-The services to be performed by the Contractor shall be for any purpose required by the Company in connection with or associated to the support of the Company’s Oil & Gas production in activities in Libya. The services shall primarily include, but not be limited to:
- Transport of Passengers
- Transport of internal cargo
Emergency Evacuation (e.g. transportation of Company personnel for security or medical reasons taking into account the aircraft configuration according to Company Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
The Contractor shall adhere to standard specifications and technical requirements, which include the scope of work.
The Contractor shall also, adhere to all of the Mellitah company for oil and gas standards, government regulations and industry practices where applicable.
