Libya Herald reports that the Ras Jedir border crossing between Libya and Tunisia is again open following talks between the authorities on both sides.
Traffic is now reported to be flowing in both directions.
But in a separate development, visitors from Tunisia will in future require visas as part of a wider clampdown on immigration.
