As thousands of Libyans flooded the streets of the capital Tripoli to celebrate the second anniversary of the uprising that led to the overthrow of autocratic leader Muammar Gaddafi, Libyan police have said they arrested four foreigners whom they accused of distributing books about Christianity and proselytizing in the eastern city of Benghazi.
