A British trade mission is in Libya from Monday to Wednesday, March 18-20, to look at the country's airports and aviation industry.
The ten UK companies covering such areas as airfield ground lighting, aviation consultancy, private charter, roofing, air traffic services, communications, security and architecture, are being led by Peter Budd, Chairman of the UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) Airports Advisory Council, who commented:
"I am delighted to be the leader of such a high quality delegation of aviation and airports experts. Companies represented on this visit provide a wide range of products and services.
"All are eager to be part of the exciting Libyan airports sector and to develop relationships and partnerships with suitable Libyan companies."
