IT SUPPORT COORDINATOR/ADMIN ASSISTANT

The British Council plans to employ IT Support coordinator/Admin Assistant, The post holder will be managing and implement the IT Policy for the office, and provide strategic advice on IT systems and maintain the IT infrastructure within the British Council Premises
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English (IELTS band 6)
- Computer Skills: (Level 2)
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- High level of IT knowledge and ability to describe and report issues/problems accurately to the IT global service desk.
Qualification
- First degree or equivalent in information system management.
