Madagascar is to tempoarily close its embassy in Tripoli due to lack of funds.
The embassy was initially opened in 2005, but during revolution in 2011 most staff were evacuated to Tunisia; just the ambassador, an accountant and a translator stayed on until a year ago when the ambassador was appointed elsewhere.
The accountant and the translator have since run the embassy in Al-Hani district.
