The Waha Oil Company (WOC), Tripoli, announces a tender to replace the oil metering and meter prover systems for the Harash and Gialo (1) and (2) stations, on an engineering, manufacture and supply basis, as shown below.
Preliminary scope of work:
Design manufacture and supply one off (8”) bidirectional Meter Prover and two off (3”) oil meters for the replacement of the units at Harash station based on current average daily oil production of 3000- 5000 BPD from Harash Field
Design manufacture and supply one off (12”) bidirectional Meter Prover and eight off (3”) oil meters for the replacement of the units at Gialo station based on current average daily oil production of 90,000- 110,000 BPD from Gialo Station I &II
Application requirements:
Application for intent to participate in the prequalification for this tender.
Extract of valid Libyan commercial register.
Registration in the country of origin.
Well defined specialty, previous experience and number & place of projects executed particularly for similar works.
Financial status (balance sheet for the last two years).
Deadline to submit your application (PRFQ Application) : four weeks from date of announcement (no later than May 22nd 2013)
Incomplete files will be rejected.
The invitation To Bid (ITB) will be sent only to the qualified companies based on prequalification results.
Companies registered and qualified by WOC recently is required to submit only the letter of intent indicating the registration №.
