The Waha Oil Company (WOC), Tripoli, announces a tender to replace its existing underground 30” Dahra Central to Bahi Junction (70 km long) and 24” Zaggut to Es-Sider Tank Farm (270 km long) Main Oil Lines (MOLs) as per the below mentioned preliminary scope.
Preliminary scope of work:-
The line pipes shall maintain the same size as the ones being replaced (i.e. 30” and 24” respectively). The line pipes shall be of 0.375” wall thickness, API 5L X52 PSL-2, LSSAW (longitudinal seam submerged arc welded)
The line pipes shall be factory applied external coating.
The line pipes shall be installed underground parallel to the existing ones.
The line pipes shall be equipped with a pig launcher/receiver at their respective ends.
The line pipes shall be tied to WOC existing MOLs system.
The line pipes shall be equipped with the necessary fittings and isolation valves.
Application requirements:
Application for intent to participate in the prequalification for this tender.
Valid registration in the Libyan commercial register.
Registration in the country of origin.
Well defined specialty, previous experience and number & place of projects executed particularly for similar works.
Financial status (balance sheet for the last two years).
Deadline to submit your application (PRFQ Application) : four weeks from date of announcement (no later than May 22nd 2013)
Incomplete files will be rejected.
The invitation To Bid (ITB) will be sent only to the qualified companiesbased on prequalification results.
Companies registered and qualified by WOC recently is required to submit only the letter of intent indicating the registration №.
