The Ministry of Economy has warned of the rising number of fake and counterfeits good being sold at local markets.
Speaking to LANA, the Ministry said that the counterfeit goods are of poor quality, and customers should always check the label to see if the products meet standards.
Counterfeit foods and medicines could result in a health crisis, so it is importance to check the products' origin and documentation.
If anyone suspects counterfeit goods are being sold, they are requested to contact the authorities immediately.
