Ceramic tiles maker Lasselsberger is to supply hectares of ceramic tiles to Libya, to be used to renovate buildings damaged during the Revolution, reports CTK.
The company will supply about half a million square metres of ceramic tiles to Libya, which corresponds to 50 hectares of more than 60 football stadiums.
Production of tiles destined for Libya has already begun in Czech plants. The company,. which is part of Austrian company Lasselsberger, expects to finish the order within months.
The value of the contract with the private investor has not been disclosed.
