The PGNiG’s subsidiary Polish Oil and Gas Company - Libya B.V., and its Libya Branch (POGC Libya Branch) has been established in Libya recently, after signing an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement with NOC-Libya. The Agreement covers the contract Area 113 (Blocks 1 & 2) in Murzuq basin.
Polish Oil & Gas Company Libya B.V. (POGC) is announcing the issue of Tender No. T/26/13 and prequalification proceeding, POGC invites contractors to submitting their offers.
The specifications, parameters and other necessary details are contained in the tender documentation, which can be obtained from the following address starting from 23rd – 28th July 2013 (excluding Friday and Saturday) between 09.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
The set of tender documents shall be collected by authorized contractor’s representative.
The bid must be submitted not later than Monday 5th August 2013 at 16:30 p.m (Libyan time).
Bid’s opening date will be on Tuesday 6th August 2013 at 11:00 p.m (Libyan time) at POGC’s offices in Janzour.
