STEPS TO GET ITB DOCUMENTS
Either from Tripoli or Benghazi office
Interested Contractor should:
· Email Tenders Committee Chairman to get approval to participate in bidding to the announced tender and to get ITB Documents.(Please specify project number, title, and nominate an authorised representative to collect docs).
· Issue a certified check in favour of Ras lanuf Oil & Gas Processing Company (Company account)
· Contact Tenders Committee to confirm approval.
· Tenders Committee shall authorize Rasco (Tripoli or Benghazi office) to hand ITB Docs to the specified contractor.
· Rasco Office shall receive the authorization letter and certified check from contractor, then hands over the ITB Docs.
· Rasco office shall transfer the authorization letter and certified check to tenders Committee.
