The Brega Petroleum Marketing Company (BPMC) intends to tender the project "Maintenance of Oil Store No 3 at Ras-Almongar"; the scope of work is summarized in the following essential items:
- Disassemble, remove and transfer of old plates of roof and sides of the store as well as pipes & channels of rain water drainage.
- Supply and installation of new plates for roof and sides made of galvanized steel or reinforced plastic painted in white and yellow, and supply and installation of water collection boxes, pipes and channels of rain water drainage.
- Supply and installation of 50 hg lamp and lighting equipment and accessories.Maintenance and repainting of 6 iron main doors.
So companies possessing relevant experience, and has technical and financial capabilities are invited to express their interest in participation to execute this project, to submit their files for Pre-Qualification according to the following terms and conditions:
A cover letter expressing of interest to participate in pre-qualification for the project, addressed to High Tender Committee.
Provide organisation's articles of incorporation and its chart - official evidence attesting registration at the commerce registration office – valid business license – valid tax clearance certificate.
Foreign companies should submit registration documents from Libyan official state bodies.
Provide the financial status for the last 3years 2010 –2011 – 2012 authenticated by legal auditor.
Provide details of your experience of similar scope of work.Provide list of technical crew and company’s equipment.
