Due to what it descrines as "the improvement of the circumstances which may enable the starting of production and loading operations in some oil harbours", the National Oil Corporation (NOC) has declared the lifting of Force Majeure at "Alhariga Oil Harbour" [Marsa al Hariga].
Operations were scheduled to resume at 09:00 a.m. on Thursday, 31st October.
