The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Dr Nuri Berruien [Nuri Balrwin], has met a delegation from the Brazilian company Petrobras, headed by Mr. Samuel Miranda, Regional Director for North Africa and Middle East.
The two parties discussed the company's activities in the exploration field in Libya and the company’s future plans.
