Due to what it describes as "a general strike and the current situation in Libya", the German airline Lufthansa has cancelled all flights to and from Tripoli up to November 25th.
A spokesman for the company told Libya Herald that any tickets booked over this week-long period would be refunded or rebooked at no extra cost.
Earlier this year, a difference of opinion between Lufthansa and the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority (LYCAA) resulted in disruptions to Lufthansa's service.
