Turkish contractor TML İnşaat has recently completed the $100-million port project in Libya.
According to a report from Hurriyet Daily News, this makes it the first company to finish a re-started infrastructure project in Libya following the revolution.
An estimated $20 billion is owed to Turkish contractors as a result of work interrupted by the change of regime; TML İnşaat reportedly received its payment from the Libyan government without any delays.
