A four-member Libyan delegation, which returned from India, has shown interest in technical assistance and capacity building projects as well as training of Libyan diplomats in India, reports IANS.
The delegation, led by Ambassador Mohamed Ali Zenati, visited India for the first director general-level foreign office consultations covering a wide range of issues.
