Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yıldız (pictured) told journalists on Monday that Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) personnel must leave Libya due to the increasing instability in the country.
He said the decision would result in losses for the state-owned Turkish company, which operates six oil wells in Libya.
Last week the company recalled eight Iraq-based Turkish personnel from the Mansouriya oilfields, as militants from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terror group began to seize Iraqi territory.
