The National Oil Corporation (NOC) is reported to be still testing pipelines to restart the El Feel [El Fil, Elephant] oilfield.
Rigzone reports that engineers are conducting technical tests including pipeline checks at the oilfield, which is operated jointly by NOC and Italy's ENI.
The NOC shut down the field last month after clashes forced the closure of the neighbouring El Sharara oilfield, which uses the same power supply.
