The head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) has said that oil production is now running at between 300,000 bpd and 500,000 bpd for the country as a whole.
Mabrook Buseif, who was appointed by the internationally recognised government in November, added that Brega and Marsa al Hariga (Tobruk) terminals were operating normally, while Sidra [Es Sider] and Ras Lanuf were closed by fighting, and Zueitina was closed because of a strike.
According to the report from Libya Herald, Buseif said reports that Sidra would start in a couple of days were unrealistic.
