Libya’s OPEC representative, Samir Salem Kamal, who was reported to have been kidnapped two weeks ago, has now been freed.
Kamal, who is also head of the Planning Department at the National Oil Corporation (NOC), was said to be in good health considering the situation, but shaken up by his ordeal.
BBC News reports that the identities of his kidnappers,and their motives, remain unclear.
