UN envoy Bernardino Leon told journalists on Monday that there is an agreement on most of the elements of a peace agreement between Libya's two rival governments.
Following talks in the Moroccan resort of Skhirat, he said "there are two, three positions that are not agreed by the parties. But let me also insist an agreement is possible on the main text of the political agreement."
A new round of talks will take place in Skhirat, Morocco, on Thursday.
