During the 4th New Libya Oil & Gas Forum 2015, organised by IRN, which held in recently in London, NOC Chairman Mr. Mustafa Sanalla held a series of meetings with the heads and managers of the international oil companies BP, TOTAL, Wintershall, Repsol, RWE, Marathon, Statoil, Conoco Phillips, Solar, Schlumberger, and KBC.
The heads of the national operating companies, the NOC general manager of international marketing, the exploration manager, and a number of experts attended these meetings.
During the meetings, the bilateral corporation between NOC and the IOCs was discussed, the current situation of the oil sector was reviewed, the contribution of IOCs to develop the fields and increase production, also discussed the difficulties and problems that hinder the production processes and the plans to restart production.
At the end of the meetings, NOC Chairman thanked the IOCs for their support and corporation where the IOCs expressed their willing to provide the necessary help to NOC to overcome the obstacles and difficulties.
