The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has said that, despite its best efforts, it has been unable to unload the remaining fuel at Ras Lanuf oil port.
Confirming that a tanker was chartered to remove the fuel from tanks following attacks on the port from the Islamic State group (IS, ISIS, ISIL, Daesh), the NOC said that the 'Oil Installations Guards' [Petroluem Facilities Guard (PFG)?] prevented the tanker from entering the Port "on the pretext of the security circumstances."
