Libya's Presidential Council named a revised cabinet for a unity government late on Sunday.
The list comprises 13 ministers and five ministers of state, reduced significantly from the 32-member government previosuly proposed.
According to Reuters, two of the council's nine members refused for a second time to put their signatures to the proposed government.
Prime Minister-designate Fayez Seraj told reporters that the latest appointments took into account "experience, competence, geographical distribution, the political spectrum and the components of Libyan society".
