The Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) has announced a tender for freight forwarding services to cover receipt and inspection, packaging and shipment of materials, machines, equipment and other goods which are supplied to Arabian Gulf Oil company from overseas particularly from one, or some, or all of the following countries:
- Britain
- Germany
- Italy
- Houston USA
- Toronto Canada
- Dubai UAE
Companies that have demonstrated ability, competence and extensive experience in the field of Freight Forwarding and shipping by Air and by Sea and with a sincere desire to participate in this tender are requested to get copies of the tender documents from 11/02/2016 to 25/02/2016 on or before 14:00, Benghazi Libya time.
Retrieval of these documents may be done either directly via your official company representative who will be required to fill up the receipt note at the Sub-Tender Committee Office No. 010, Supply and Services Building, AGOCO, El-Kish, Benghazi Office, or may request for documents through electronic mail addressed to

The companies applying for this tender must provide the following preliminary documents in Arabic and English. Applicants will be rejected and will not be handed with the tender documents if they fail to present the following preliminary documents:
An official authorization letter (duly signed and stamped) indicating that bearer of preliminary documents for submission is your official representative and is further authorized to obtain the bid documents.
