French oil services company Technip has reportedly signed a deal worth $500 million to refurbish an oil platform at Libya's Bahr Essalam offshore field.
The field is run by a consortium that includes Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) and Italy's ENI.
According to Reuters, the deal was signed by NOC head Mustafa Sanalla and Technip CEO Thierry Pilenko.
