Harouge Oil Operations, a joint operating company on behalf of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) Libya and Suncor Oil (North Africa) GmbH, announces an invitation to participate in tender No (08/2016) for companies that have the required Legal and valid License documents, for emergency repairs at Ras Lanuf tank farm.
Summary of the Work:
1. Carry out emergency repairs to the Ras Lanuf Tank Farm comprising:
a. Replace the seawater GRE supply piping at the seawater ponds
b. Install and tie-in new firewater skid ‘A’ and tie in all utility services.
c. Install fuel tanks and tie –in fuel supplies
d. Install pressure control valve.
e. Replace listed damaged sections of the 16” and 24” pipelines
f. Isolate Substations T11, T12 and T13.
g. Supply and install switchgear and temporary power supply to Firewater and Foam Pump Houses.
2. In addition to other optional items.
