Bloomberg reports that oil has been shipped from Ras Lanuf port for the first time since 2014.
A spokesperson for Harouge Oil Operations (HOO) told the news agency that the tanker 'Seadelta' left Libya's third-largest oil port with 781,000 barrels of crude.
The tanker previously had to interrupt the loading and move offshore due to a clash over control of the terminal.
Another tanker, the 'Syra', is due to arrive in Ras Lanuf to take 600,000 barrels of crude to Italy.
