The deal was signed by Abubaker Elfortia, the airline’s chairman, and Chokri Zarrad, the CEO of Nouvelair, one of ATCT's existing stakeholders. who signed on behalf of the other shareholders: Tunisair, Airbus and Thales.
The report suggest that ATCT’s two Airbus A320 flight simulators will ensure reduced costs for the training of Afriqiyah’s pilots, who are currently being trained by Lufthansa in Germany.
