Libya Herald reports that the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has got one of the turbines working at Sirte’s Khaleej (Gulf) power station
The 1,400 MW station was freed from IS terrorists in July, and following the rehabilitation of this turbine, it is now adding 150 MW to the western grid.
