The National Oil Corporation (NOC) held a meeting recently to discuss the new headquarters planned for the company in Benghazi.
Among the attenees were Jadalla Alaokali, a Member of the Board of Directors, the General Manager of Finance Department, and managers of some other relevant departments at NOC.
The Head of the Engineering team, Eng. Yousef Abd Alhadi, and members of the team assigned to the project presented a full explanation of the project stages followed by a discussion of the proposed options for funding the project.
