The Netherlands has said it will send a permanent envoy to Libya, but added that it was too early to re-open the embassy in Tripoli, which closed in July 2014.
The announcement was made following talks between President Faiez Serraj and Dutch Foreign Minister Bert Koenders in The Hague.
