The Libyan navy has reportedly seized an oil tanker on Sunday near the country's maritime border with Tunisia.
The Liberian-flagged tanker was detained along with its 20-member Filipino crew off Abu Kamash, 170 kilometers (110 miles) west of Tripoli, on suspicion of fuel smuggling.
According to Libya Herald, the tanker is the Levante, operated by Athens-based Evalend Shipping Tankers.
