More than 50 Libyan explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) personnel from the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior recently graduated from a training program to safely dispose of explosive hazards, including Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The US Embassy in Libya said in a statement that it is proud to support this training alongside generous funding from Germany and a donation of equipment by the United Kingdom.
