Conflict analyst and risk management consultant Frank Talbot has compiled a collection of reports, studies and papers examining issues relating to developments in Libya dating back to 2011.
The reader’s guide, which does not include news articles, testimonies, or blog posts, is based on the belief that the community of “Libya watchers” most benefits from an environment where information and research is broadly shared, the reader’s guide only includes research that is publicly accessible online.
