A conference on the future of Libya opened on Monday in Palermo, Italy.
Italy's premier Giuseppe Conte hosted a meeting of Libya's rival leaders on Tuesday on the sidelines of a conference.
Other leaders attending include French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
