Media reports say that 300 Russian mercenaries are active in Libya.
According to claims published in the UK-based Times and Telegraph newspapers, the Russian private military company Wagner Group has been supporting Khalifa Haftar's [Hiftar] eastern-based Libyan National Army (LNA) with personnel and military equipment.
