At least 264 people have been killed and 1,266 wounded since Khalifa Hifter's Libyan National Army (LNA) launched its offensive Tripoli, the World Health Organization (WHO) said late on Monday.
More than 30,000 are believed to have been displaced.
UNICEF added last week that 122,088 students can’t access their schools in Tripoli.
