Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced the ending of the blockades in all Libyan fields and ports as of today 26 October 2020.
It added that instructions have been given to Mellitah Oil & Gas to resume production at the Al Feel [El Fil, Elephant] oil field.
