The Mellitah Oil & Gas Company intends to issue the below tender and wishes to invite for pre-qualification interested, experienced and reputable companies specialized in providing similar services stated below to submit full electronic file including all requirements for inclusion in the bidders list to be invited to participate in the following tender:

Supply and installation of Entertainment system (ES) and Structured Cabling System(SCS) at DP3 & DP4 Platforms of MOG
Scope of Work:
Entertainment system
Design, supply, installation and commissioning of ES at MOG off-shore locations. The ES will provide digital satellite television and satellite radio programs along with broadcast of pre-recorded TV programs to designated areas at DP4 and DP3 platforms.
The TV channels and Radio programs shall be distributed to TV sockets via the Community Area TV Distribution Network.
The supply shall include but not limited to satellite antennas system, head-end equipment, distribution network, management/monitoring station, and all the required components
Structured Cabling System
A complete Cat 6 of higher Structured Cabling System shall be provided for the distribution of data and telephone services to all area as required within DP3 & DP4 platforms
Design, provision of all materials, equipment and installation, cable pathways, testing, commissioning, and administration for the SCS network, shall comply with the latest international standards requirements.
All design and construction shall be undertaken, (or directly supervised) by qualified and certified personnel. Certified test equipments shall be utilized for field testing and commissioning.
The Contractor shall adhere to standard specifications and technical requirements, which include the scope of work .The Contractor shell also, adhere to all of the Mellitah company for oil and gas standards, government regulations and industry practices where applicable.
