A delegation from the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) visited Tripoli on Sunday to discuss preparations for the 10th Arab Energy Conference, which is scheduled to be held in the city in mid-2014.
The OAPEC Secretary General, Abbas Al-Naqi [Abbas Ali Al-Naqi] (pictured), who heads the delegation, will also be meeting with Libyan oil officials to discuss the development of the oil sector in Libya.
