Russian oil company Tatneft has said it is sending staff members back to Libya nearly four months after meeting with representatives from the National Oil Corporation (NOC).
The company -- the first Russian energy company to enter Libya when it secured acreage during an international auction in 2006 -- said it invested more than $250 million in Libya before the revolution in 2011.
According to the report from UPI, Tatneft gave no information on the resumption of production and exploration activity.
